Position Overview
Compiles and analyzes financial information under limited supervision. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
Responsibilities:
Daily billing file upkeep. Monthly invoicing, Month-end activities, Fuel reconciliation, Biweekly and monthly payroll reconciliation, and true-up.
Administering accounts payables and receivable
Fare and bank reconciliations.
Prepares and reviews all location financial files.
Prepares journal entries as needed.
Analyzes financial reports and records, making recommendations.
May audit and proof accounting or other reports for clerical accuracy and conformance to departmental, county, and state procedures.
Responsible for preparing annual budget with assistance from GM and Staff
Maintain vacation, sick and personal time off trackers for all CBA/Regular employees.
Assist with billing and daily fare count.
Facilitates the production of weekly, monthly, year-to-date and year-end financial reporting,
including variance and trend analysis of results to budget, prior year and forecast.

Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
Master’s Degree is a plus
Experience Required:
6+ years experience in financial planning and analysis.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with all levels of management.
Highly organized, deadline oriented, possess high attention to detail.
