Overview of Position: Transdev Services, a major public transportation services provider, seeks a Maintenance Data Entry clerk that will perform and coordinate the maintenance offices administrative and the storing, retrieving, and integration of information for dissemination to staff and clients. You may handle more complex responsibilities such as conducting research and preparing statistical reports.

Daily data entry for the Maintenance Department.
Process reports for management and the client, as requested.
Execute special projects, as instructed.
Provide support to the Parts Department, as necessary.
Other duties, as assigned.
This position reports directly to the Director of Maintenance.
Education, Licensing, and Certifications Required:
At least two (2) years experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Two (2) years general office experience
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Computer skills should include knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Willingness and ability to work as a team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
General knowledge of office practices and procedures.
Self starter highly motivated and exhibits great initiative.
Computer literate (PC experience)
Strong desire to learn other computer software (s) as needed
